The project was for the design and construction of a mixed-use commercial/industrial development consisting of 12 storage flexi-spaces with provision for mezzanines. The overall site area is 5,400m2 with each flexi-space 200sqm in size.
Working with the client, Grayspace Architects developed a wide range of storage and warehouse solutions located within the Altona Business Park, and within close proximity to key residential catchments including Altona, Werribee, and Williamstown.
